Dog Tags:Prisoners Of War Summary

So far in my book ''Dog Tags: Prisoners Of War'' the main character is a teenage boy named Rivera. He is in United States army. He is fighting the Nazis. He is a medic for the army. He helps out the injured. His best friend in the war is called goldsmith. He thinks the war is and easy job but his world is about to turn upside down. When Rivera hears someone call ''medic'' he jumps out of his fox hole and scurries to the person. He sees that its their commander. He got shot in the lungs. He is in a pool of is own blood. Then a bomb hits a tree and the tree falls on Rivera. He his unconscious. Then he wakes up. There is no one there, everybody retreated. It just him alone in the cold forest. Then he sees a dog. The dogs collar is held by his owner that is dead. Rivera can tell the dead soldier is a German. Every time the dogs sees him, he wants to rip Rivera face off.
